If you are paying in advance to secure the room or to pay advance rent and you can no longer move in then 2 weeks rent from what you have paid will be deducted and the the rest returned if the reason is the Coronavirus within 48 hours to the same bank account. Once the situation becomes clearer for Landlords and rent paying occupants we can discuss further at the relevant time. Before moving in or to secure your room, full month rent must be made. Nearest location to the City in Wapping. Shared House. The room on offer is a LARGE double room with a bathroom shared by the other 2 rooms. Save money on public transport and stay at my place. There is a TV in the room. Computer desk in the room. British Gas Full servicing including gas, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues dealt with by occupants directly. Smoke and intruder alarm with touch in / out fob connected directly to the Police and Fire Brigade with automatic call out so no one needs to call if the alarms go off for help. Some storage in the garage available and additional storage in the loft above the en suite room.
Exceptional house NOT a flat or apartment in an ideal location for city work or tourism which means there is front and back entrance with rear garden and front drive - plus parking permit for the rear which is shared. Also only the occupants access the main door to the property, NOT with lots of people living a block of flats. Very diverse neighborhood to cater for all preferences, including adult. Special short / long term arrangements available with Assured Shorthold Tenancy legal contract - min 6 months for long term. It is a private area which means that a private property management company runs the estate for which I pay an annual service charge.
The house is situated in West Wapping which is the nearest part of Wapping to the City and Tower Bridge and Tower of London for example. Bishopsgate 20 mins walk, Tower Hill 10 mins, Tower Bridge and Tower of London 7 mins walk. Doctors, dentist, supermarket, restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, Coffee shops, butcher, fish and chips, bakery, post office, chemist all within 7 mins walk. Current occupants / landlord / agent speak Italian, Romanian, Spanish, English and Gujarati.
Parking in the drive is free. An additional Parking Permit can be arranged to park in the vicinity for free. Tower Hill Underground Tube Station, Tower Gateway Docklands Light Railway, Shadwell Docklands Light Railway and Wapping Overground Station all within 10 mins walk. Bus service 100 between Elephant and Castle and Shadwell 3 minutes walk from the property - Nesham Street Bus Stop name.
The Kitchen has a small dishwasher and washing machine and all other common things. There is no Dryer for clothes. The house has BT Infinity fibre optic top broadband package and an additional Relish router.
All bills and expenses are included in the price.
