We have a small, bright room in a beautiful house with a huge living area and kitchen - close to Warren St, Great Portland Road, Regent's Park and UCL. The room currently has a single bed, a desk with a chair, and a big wardrobe. But a double bed can be replaced and the desk moved.
The house is ideally located and has plenty of natural light. It would be shared with 2 UCL students (including myself). This place is perfect for someone who wants to study hard and also enjoy their time off in a social household. Students are preferred, but others may be considered.
There is ample study space in the kitchen and another desk is located in the living area.
The hot water and heating bills are included but all remaining bills will need to be payed by you.
The price for this location won't be found anywhere else. The surrounding areas are quiet, yet filled with cafes and pubs.
