We are a international group of young professionals looking for another young professional or a PhD student to join our lovely flat. The bedroom up for rent is a large bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of built in storage space. The bedroom has a wide screen smart TV.

All bills are included in the rent. So council tax, TV licence, broadband, water, gas and electricity are all included in the rent price.

There are 3 bedrooms in the flat in total. We have a good sized kitchen with a dining table to sit around and catch up with one another.

We are in a great location in the prestigious mansion block flats within 5 minutes' walk of Warwick Avenue tube station and bus stops (Number 6, 414, 186, N6). The flat is also walking distance to gyms, tennis court, Paddington Recreation Ground park and plenty of cafe's, restaurants, dry cleaners and grocery stores. It is a quiet and beautiful place to live.

As for us, we are two males and one female (one of us will be leaving) working in the finance and legal and tech sectors. We enjoy coming home to a peaceful and relaxing home in the evenings.
