Hi there!! Have a look at this stunning double bedrooms flat!
Recently refurbished, has a large reception, a new kitchen and bathroom, two double bedrooms and a private balcony.
Just around the corner from the Little Venice canal and the Waterway bar and restaurant, Charfield Court is close to the Warwick Avenue and Royal Oak tube, and within walking distance of Paddington.

I have been living here for 4 years and now I would like to renew for an extra year, or two, but my actual flat mates have to move out. I am looking for a couple to join me.

The apartment, as said, is a double bedroom flat, with my smaller room and a bigger one which will become available in september.
The rent is calculated including bills, based on the experience of these four years, but it could be less considering that we were living in 4 the first two years, therefore bills were higher.
Also, if a single would like to join me, we could speak about the price.

About me, I am a professional who works a lot but at the same time loves to travel. I am laidback, I love cooking, drinking a good glass of wine while relaxing in the terrace but also have fun and party. I like to live in this flat because it feels like a place I can call home.
I look for clean and tidy couple with who share my home.
Please note: not all the forniture will stay in the room because they are own from former tenants, bed will be there and we can sortout a wardrobe too, however if interested they are looking to sell them.
Also, they could leave the flat earlier if needed.

I rent through an agency, they will check the references and make for us a new contract.
