An old listed building so high celings, Central London so great access to commute 3 min walk to Waterloo / southwark Station / and overhead stations. 10 min walk to southbank/ west end.

Short to longer stays depending on the chemistry & the vibe. All chosen candidates are Welcome to a 3- 6 month trial as long as the standard agreement we email is acknowledged before flat keys are handed over In person and dont like oversea exchanges we like to see in person.

My great Aunty left me her beachland etc in west Barbados, near Rothschilds estate before covid (rip) so we may fly back and fourth regarding development deals so I hope you like your own company in the near future.

We take a low deposit fromprofessionals- no heavy contracts as they're pointless for short stays especially in the 3- 6 month trial period .

References are great but it's the energy that'll get you the house keys as if it's a match , it's a match - moreover its a popular location so be instinctive and we'll act accordingly .

( I smoke in our room and often a bit of bud while waiting for land inheritance after saving it from a politician in Barbados with partner; so relaxes us as we edit on the projector.
Both rooms have projectors as we stay in either room.
