Relatively new build and freshly redecorated double en-suite bedroom in a great with modern conveniences. Flat just a few minutes from The Cut and Lower Marsh, and has great Deliveroo options for anyone who doesn't like to cook.

Current flatmate is a 36yo gay male working in advertising from the states. I have lived in this fantastic flat for a few years and absolutely love the location and the layout of the flat.

I love to cook when I can, travel around the city and Europe and a good bit of Netflix, although that's been running a bit low since lockdown. Currently working from home and going into the office a couple days a week which has been really nice.

We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and she's been with me since living here.

The landlord is also really good and very accessible whenever needed.

The available room has a new desk, new dresser, and a built in wardrobe should you have a fair amount of clothes, etc. There's also two night stands and now a 32" TV with NowTV is able to be included. The ensuite has recently been painted and is a really nice shower with great water pressure.
