price: the price for per week is 210, the price can be negotiated and all bills included. Also, no deposit payment needed.

location: SE1 the room is the 4th floor and totallly 7 floors. My room is not near the kitchen, and all the flatmates are friendly and helpful.
The location is near waterloo station and elephant and castle. Both need walk within 10 minites. It is good forstudents in kcl, aul ucl and St Thomas Hostipital. It is also near london eyes . It has many markets nearby such as iceland, tesco, sainsburys and M&S, all walk within 10 minites. There is a bus stop right downstairs.

facilitate: There is a communal kitchen and refrigerator. There is a coffee machine, a washing machine, an activity room and a study room on the lower floor.
I have some household items such as pots, pans, and seasonings that I can offer as a gift.
