Double Room Available in Waterloo

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a double room in our flat in Waterloo from 21st July.

The flat is in an amazing location, perfect for anyone working in Central London or wanting to make the most of everything the city has to offer. It’s just a 2-minute walk to Waterloo Station and a 4-minute walk to Southwark Station.

The flat is fully furnished and includes:
• A spacious double bedroom
• A large living room with a balcony
• A decent-sized kitchen
• Separate bathroom and toilet rooms

The rent is £978 per month, excluding bills.

You’d be living with a 29-year-old male from Scotland and a 28-year-old from Australia. We’re both very sociable and easy-going, and enjoy going out, socialising, as well as watching and playing sports. We’re looking for someone who’s similarly friendly, relaxed, and up for being more than just a flatmate.
