Hello! I have a double bedroom in this 1 bed apartment in the luxurious County Hall, London SE1 for £175/week, which is really a bargain! The apartment has got a bedroom, as advertised, and also a reception room, which I am currently taking, so you will be sharing with apartment with me :)

The double room is carpeted, and has a double bed and a massive wardrobe. There room has high ceiling and also a huge window and there is enough space for an extra desk & a coffee table. The flat is very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge/freezer, and new washer dryer, glass ceramic hob, a built in oven, a microwave and there are lots of storage space for you.

The location is fab - 3 mins to Waterloo station, 2 mins to Westminster underground station. St Thomas' hospital is just across the road, and the London eye is not even one minute walk away! Lots of restaurants (locale, italian), cafes (starbucks) right at your doorstep. London bridge is just 3 minutes train away.

Facilities include a gym, a pool, 24hr security + portal, secure entry and an underground car park.

The rent does not include the bills. With bills included it will be roughly around £180-190/week, depending on the season.

The one-year lease starts on 31st July/1st August 2013 so no short term lets, sorry.
