Looking for a wonderful double room in a beautiful house share in West London? The landlord has REDUCED the price of the room.

We have 1 spare double rooms available in a fantastic Tudor house in a nice area in Ealing. We are looking for SINGLE young professionals to fill the available double rooms.

The Tudor house is situated between West Acton (Central line) and North Ealing (Piccadilly line). 4 and 8 minutes walk away respectively. 25 minute commute to central London. The neighbourhood is very safe with streetlights leading directly to West Acton tube stop. Lots of nice parks in the area.

The house is suitable for young professionals. The whole of the house is very spacious with lots of living space and storage. There's one full bathroom with a shower and bath upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs.

Two living rooms with beautiful wooden floors - one large one with two sofas, reading corner with lamp and armchair, rocking chair and huge french windows, and a second smaller one with a small sofa bed and large dining table with 6 chairs.

Massive kitchen with lots of storage, 3 fridges and 2 freezers. There's also a small, front garden area at the front and a larger back garden with a lovely patio and table and bench to enjoy summer evenings and barbeques. There is a garage for storage. There is a lovely birdfeeder in the garden too.

You'd be sharing with a friendly couple Amy and Luka aged 27 (works for a music charity and tech company), Andrea (Spanish teacher) and Dhev (computer Science teacher). We are quiet people who enjoy the occasional games night, drink in the evening or BBQ in the garden. We are looking for NON-SMOKING single professionals please.
