Double Room by West Dulwich Station

December our wonderful lodger is leaving us for pastures new. This means we will have 1 Large double room in our home to rent.
You will be sharing with myself and my partner, and have full access to the rest of the house. Large Living/Dining room, Bathroom and Kitchen.
I usually work shifts on a 7 on 2 off basis and my partner is a teacher so school hours+. I can be leaving the house at 4am or returning to the house at 2am depending on shift. I’m pretty relaxed and have shared accommodation my entire adult life.
The house has great links to Victoria (by train) 13 minutes and to Brixton by bus which is also around 13 mins. Thameslink trains are a 20 min walk or 5 minute bus away from Herne Hill or Tulse Hill. The bus stops outside the house or right across the street. West Dulwich train station is 3 minutes away walking. Shops are limited without going to Brixton or Crystal Palace but what we lack in stores we more than make up for in Park lands.
We have a cleaner twice per month who does all the heavy cleaning so the house will be clean..
If a housemate is dating we have no objections to having someone stay over a couple of nights a week for instance.. The room is however let for one person.
Bills are included in the cost including Broadband and things like loo roll and laundry detergent.. Our requirements are few as regards potential sharers preferably though, male, gay/bi and good humoured and reliable..
