Our third housemate, Josh is moving into his own place and saying goodbye to 97b.

He leaves behind an incredible double room with its own en-suite.

You'll be sharing a home with myself (Hayden) and Simon.

We're both professionals in our 20's and enjoy your typical football, music, socialising (at 1m apart, of course), beer and beer.

Flat is very well kept with open plan kitchen living room area. We have BT Sport and Sky Sports available, internet etc all sorted. BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED - but they generally work out to be around £50-75 a month all in as the flat stays warm even in the winter months.

We're smack bang in the middle of three stations with great links: West Dulwich (10 mins), Tulse Hill (10 mins) and West Norwood (15mins). Dulwich Park is also just around the corner if you enjoy the great outdoors.

Simon and I are hoping for a social type but also respect that you have your own things going on. All we ask as that you respect the flat and are ultimately an okay human being. If you like football, great. If you like Rugby, then we will see ;).
