Large double bedroom available in a modern 3 bed flat, West Dulwich. My flatmate is moving out of his large double as he is moving in with his partner. The other flatmates are both super laid back and easy going.

The flat is finished to a high standard throughout and comes fully furnished with a large private garden. The garden also boasts a unique outhouse which can be used for storage or as a work space. The garden is great in the summer months with 2 BBQ's and outdoor seating (it is also great for exercising during lockdown!). There is also extra storage available in the loft if needed.

The bedroom comes with plenty of built in storage. There's a large chest of draws and pull out storage under the bed. The room is large enough to fit a work desk (Ryan worked from there most of the time) and can fit a hanging rail or chest of draws as well.
