You'll be sharing the flat only with me and my small super friendly dog, so plenty of space and privacy. It's very quiet here. Don't have to share your life with 10 other ppl 24/7 :)

Within walking distance you will find parks & tennis courts, restaurants, small tesco, shops, cafe & bakery. Sunday farmers market down in Herne Hill. Buzzy brixton with bars and more restaurants is 1 train stop away (4min).

A little about me, I'm in my late 30's, I work full time in sales and always have a very busy schedule. When at home I'm very quiet and resting. I love cycling, yoga, music events, modern quirky art, I'm a massive food snob but don't cook enough myself.
I've lived in this flat for 13 years and I'm very happy here. It's a quiet neighbourhood with quick and easy access to Central London & everywhere else :)
