My housemate is moving out on 21st August, so I am looking for someone to share my first floor flat with. The flat is situated on a lovely leafy road with beautiful Victorian terraces, and is a short walk away from West Dulwich shops including a Tesco and a fantastic bakery! Perfect for commuting into the city, Oxford Circus, Victoria and Canary Wharf.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a large cupboard. We also have a large bright living room and a good sized and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Additionally there is a spare single room, which will be shared between myself and the new tenant.

The flat is neutrally decorated and boasts built-in storage, a large fridge-freezer, a gas cooker, a washing machine and broadband. Close to West Norwood, Tulse Hill, Dulwich and Crystal Palace, and a short bus ride from Brixton. There are also quite a few nice parks and pubs nearby. West Norwood high street is a 10 minute walk away, where there are supermarkets, cafes, butchers, bakers, a fish monger and plenty of other shops - you can find almost everything you'd want there. There's also a big Sainsbury's just up the hill in Crystal Palace.

The remaining flatmate (myself) is a friendly and easy going professional who works in Canary Wharf. I play golf and enjoy running and cycling at weekends / after work. Ideal housemate would be someone who is relaxed, respectful and who will look after the flat and keep it tidy.
