There is a well maintained garden which provides a relaxing sun trap, and a shed that would store bicycles.
This is a quiet, safe area with free parking, good amenities (deli, boutiques, small Tesco etc. More shops in West Norwood, a short walk away) and restaurants.
There are parks close by and excellent transport links: West Dulwich, West Norwood, Tulse Hill, Herne Hill stations are all near by. Buses include the 322 and the 3 (direct to Oxford Circus) and also the N3 night bus, should you find you have missed the last train home. Brixton Tube is not far away.
I am looking for a flatmate who is friendly, considerate and reliable, easy going but willing to do their fair share around the flat to take care of it. Someone who would enjoy a chat but equally value their own , and other flatmates space.
One of the current flatmates is not around much (if at all) therefore this large 3 bed flat will practically be for 2 people.
