Lovely Double Room in West Ealing

Hello!

We are 3 tenants sharing a flat in West Ealing, just near Iceland and we are looking for a 4th flatmate to join us!

The flat is gorgeous! It's newly built and that means everything is brand new.

Our fourth flatmate, unfortunately, has to go in May, that is why we are looking to find someone tidy, not much loud and respectful of communal areas :)

There is a large living room/open plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite - it's in me and my boyfriend's bedroom) and one good sized bathroom to share with a nice guy! :D

We have a doorbell, a numeric locked outside door where we leave the garbage and another locked door for bike storage and the flat is on the first floor.
New washing machine and fridge + refrigerator! A lot of cupboards and a big window/door in the kitchen. Plus a microwave and kettle :)

We are just below Iceland in West Ealing and have lots of shops and bus stops, such as 207, 427, 607, E2, E7, E8, E3.
15 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by bus to Ealing Broadway.

The room to let is 750£ per month with bills included for a single person, unfortunately no couples as the max people allowed in the house needs to be 4. Bills include Council Tax, Energy, Gas, Water and Broadband.
It will be available on the 14th of May and we are looking for someone who could move on that day, as our rent with the agency is on that specific day. Deposit is 700£.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Plus lots of space for a desk or else and good lighting!

We would like someone to stay, ideally, for a long time... someone nice and undersanding of cats in the communal areas (mainly kitchen/living room). Our current flatmate is a lovely person and although we realise we can't replace her, we would love to find someone as caring, kind and understandable as her. We would love you to be part of our cute flat.

More about ourselves:

I am Gulden and I share a room with my boyfriend, Alessandro. As mentioned before, we have two cats! They're lovely and playful. They have free access to the kitchen/lounge and the hallway + our room of course. They won't be allowed in your room unless you have no problems but they usually stay in the kitchen.
We are happy for you to have a pet! Our current flatmate to go has a lovely dog. As long as it doesn't bother on quiet times, we are happy to accept people with pets!! 🥰

The other room is occupied by another guy- Stan. He is a really nice and laid back person.

We are respectful, fun, tidy, kind and we are working professionals and two of us students.

We are not really party people- we all work and need to rest at reasonable hours. But that doesn't mean we don't have fun :p we all are gamers! 😋

We would like you to be reasonably tidy, clean, responsible especially about communal spaces - kitchen and hallway. We try our best to clean the kitchen as much as possible as we have two cats and sometimes it gets "fluffy" in the kitchen... you know, cats! So we don't expect you to clean our cats' mess, of course :) but someone who can clean after themselves and has a normal, common sense. Other than that, we are veeery laid back and kind! You can ask everyone in the house 🥰
