Large, spacious and clean double bedroom available in a newly renovated first floor flat, our home. We are offering our spare, fully furnished bedroom to a single FEMALE who takes pride in cleanliness and is tidy. NO COUPLES PLEASE.
The room consists of plenty of storage drawers, a built in cupboard and a double bed.
The newly decorated kitchen and bathroom will be shared with a young married couple who have a 1 year old baby.
We are ideally looking for a quiet and sensible single female who wants to be able to live comfortably and independently in our small home.
Please note - Unfortunately we do not allow male partners/male friends to visit. Due to the current virus situation, you will be expected to keep any female visitors to a minimum.
The location is convenient to the high street with many local shops - situated just off the main Uxbridge Road close to bus stops and train stations including West Ealing and Ealing Broadway.
Parking is available however is payable due to permit parking restrictions.
Price is strictly non-negotiable.
