Nice, sunny flat, refurbished one year ago. At your disposal, you’ll have a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, blender, toaster, and big fridge with a freezer) and lots of cupboards just for you! On top of that there’s a tumble dryer.
There’s a big bathroom with washing machine, shower and… a bidet!
We also have a dehumidifier machine at home, so you don’t have to worry about mold, condensation or any damp smell.

About your room: it’s a lovely bright room, with a double bed and very comfortable mattress, dresser and a built- in closet with a full length mirror.

About us: we’re a couple, 29 and 32 years old, working full time, if we’re at home we usually spend time watching a movie or sleeping. We usually don’t party at home, but if you’d like to have an occasional pint, glass of wine, or cook something- we’re here for you!

About you: we’re looking for someone who’ll be aged 25-35, working, will respect ours and common space and will take care of the flat as your own (meaning no huge parties, smoking- we’re 420 friendly though, and will be contributing to keeping order and cleanness).

Location: we’re located close to Ealing Broadway which is either around 15-20 min walk depending from pace, or 5 minutes by bus (297, E10). On Ealing Broadway you have railway, central and district line. The flat is also located 10 min walk to West Ealing railway station which in 13 minutes will take you directly to Paddington.
2 minutes from the flat there’s a bus stop (297 and E10).
Our place is surrounded by green space, you have two huge parks, with tennis courts and golf club.
7 minutes walk you’ll have a Pitshanger Lane, where you can find two Co-ops, post office, various cafes, bars and restaurant, as well as gym, library and lovely charity shops.

Price: you’ll be paying (monthly) £550 per room plus £100 (that includes water; electricity, gas, wifi and council tax) plus deposit £600 (Deposit and one month rent will be paid upfront). We pay on the 15th of every month.
