I'll be moving out of this beautiful flat by July 8, 2025. My current flatmate, Declan (who owns the place), will be looking for a new professional to take my spot.

Declan is a travel photographer, an avid cyclist, and a big movie enthusiast. We're looking for a sociable, respectful flatmate, male or female, who's a non-smoker.

For cyclist there is secure cycle storage available. Private secure car parking also available but not included

Great transport links - 6 mins walk to West Ealing Station Elizabeth Line - Central London in 12 mins or 25 mins via nearby Central Line or District Line from Ealing Broadway. Piccadilly Line from nearby Northfields.

Fibre broadband throughout. Modern kitchen with usual amenities, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer etc.
Spacious bathroom with power-shower, washer-dryer. All bills including council tax included.

Supermarkets to suit all budgets from Lidl to Waitrose and Sainsburys nearby as well as lots of fresh fruit stalls and cafes and a Farmers Market on saturdays
There is also a big communal patio which is great for BBQ's and few mins walk to one of three big parks with tennis courts.

Great choice of local restaurants to choose from ranging from traditional British to Lebanese, Spanish, Italian, French and more.
