The rent is £1400pcm and bills for this studio are £100pcm on top so you'll be paying £1,500pcm (there is no additional charge if you are a couple) every month.

We have an amazing ground floor studio available for rent. This self contained studio is amazing and benefits from big bright windows (both sky lights and normal windows) and access to a lovely shared garden.

The studio is quite spacious and as such is available to 1 person or a couple or even 2 friends could potentially share it.

The studio is furnished with 2 mirrored wardrobes (with excellent inserts), a nice comfy double bed (which has under bed storage too) TV, dining table and chairs and there's still space for a few more pieces of furniture. Although the bathroom is not the biggest but it certainly does the job and is newly done so it feels luxurious. One of the key benefits is that the studio has a decent kitchen with a real oven, induction hob, under the counter fridge, and washer/dryer (for your clothes).

Heated by gas central heating with its own thermostat & timer, the flat has its own wifi router (coming from the VirginMedia 200MB connection in the main house), its own private entrance, only little patio area, access to the garden of the main house, and the option to opt for parking at £35 per month (or you can get a permit for £170 per year).

The Area:

The house is a slightly longer walk of 18 minutes to Ealing Broadway, however this is made up for by the awesomeness of the flat. West Ealing high street is very close with its shops and cute coffee shops.
