We have and a double room available in our high quality shared house. We are looking for responsible working tenants to join our high quality sharehouse close to West Finchley Station.

The house has 4 double bedrooms and 1 single room. It has 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry area. All kitchen supplies are included and shared. The common spaces are very large and the quality of the furnishing and beds are very good.

The house comes fully inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, tv license and virgin media tv and internet).

The deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.

There is a mix of professionals that are living in the property who are interested in socialising and travelling. This is not a party house though!
No pets
No couples (where appropriate) If couple acceptable then state
NO FEES
