Hello!
My landlord is looking for a new flatmate for our 3 bed apartment. The current flatmates are Barbara and Eleonora: professional/student girls who are living and working in London for several years.


The double room (single occupant) is 570 + bills and comes furnished with
- double bed,
- 1 NEW and very big wardrobe,
- chest of drawer
- bookcase
- storage cabinet
- bedside table

Bills are between 50- 80£ depending on the season.

The flat is clean, friendly & quiet.
The house is amazing: it has a big living room with plenty of storage, sofa, TV, WiFi, an huge bathroom, a big common garden and a balcony.

Flatmates are super nice and friendly, but perfectly able to respect your privacy.

The contract for the house ( that you will have to sign with our amazing and easy going landlord ) is a 1 year contract. You are free to terminate the contract whenever you want by giving only 2 months of notice to receive the deposit back.


The house is situated in a quiet and safe area,

just 5 min walk from West Ham Station (jubilee, district&circle , C2C trains)
and just 1 stop to Stratford (buses, central Line, overground and DLR)
