Furnished double room in West Hampstead, available now.

The flat itself is an airy 4 bed, 2 bathroom (one is ensuite). Consisting of a sunny lounge (with working from home space), a big kitchen with dining area and extra storage and around the back, we also have a secure small shared garden space with bike storage.

There are great transport links with the Underground, Overground and Thames link within a 5-10 min walking distance! There are also multiple bus stops along the highstreet making it very easy to get into central London.

West Hampstead high-street is full of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars along with a convenient Sainsbury’s, Tesco just seconds away from the front door! Only a 15mins walk away is Kilburn high street and Finchley Road both of which have large supermarket and shopping options.

On street parking is available.

Useful things to know:

1. Bills are £98 a month, which includes everything, Wifi is over 200mb Wifi, so working from home/streaming is easy.

2. The bedroom is around the back of the building and therefore very quiet.

3. The bedroom consists of a double bed with under bed pullout draws and a double wardrobe so there is plenty of storage. Extra storage is available in the large kitchen cupboards of required.

4. We are friendly bunch of working professionals and are often found having a chat and watching a movie in the evenings (We have been known to team up for the Black Lion Pub quiz), but equally have time to ourselves as well. 2 of us are back working in the office and Martin is self employed and works from his room.

I currently work in the livingroom so that spot is up for grabs when I move out if needed!
