Beautiful Double Bedroom Available in W. Hampstead

I am one of the current flatmates from our beautifully modernised large 4 bedroom Victorian home in West Hampstead.

If you are 27years+, male or female, working in full time employment, friendly and considerate, then this is the flat for you.

The bedroom has a double bed, good storage, built in wardrobes and it's own bathroom with shower and toilet. It has enough space for a desk and chair if you're working from home and great internet connection...it's beautiful!

The bedroom is fully furnished with exception for the desk and chair you will see in the pictures, which are mine. I understand the landlord is happy to provide a replacement if needed, so it shouldn't be an issue if you need one.

The flat is located in the heart of West Hampstead, which is 12 minutes walk to the tube or 10 minutes walk to the Thameslink and London overground. There is also 2 buses routes close by (c11 & 328). The area has plenty to offer including nice restaurants, a great local pub , a non contract gym close by in Fortune Green (this is obviously great before restrictions, of course) but you can get to Bond St in less than 12 minutes on the tube!

The flat has a washer & dryer, a communal kitchen/lounge. There is plenty of storage space, a dishwasher and everything else you would expect in a modern flat.

We are all friendly and considerate and the flat is in fantastic condition, with new bathrooms and new central heating, we also have a cleaner once a week (this is covered in your rent).

The rent excludes wifi, gas, electricity, BT internet, council tax & water, which we all split equally and it comes about £50-£60 each per month.

You will need to pay one month's rent as bond and one month's rent both in advance. I will need a month’s notice before moving out, so this can be flexible.
