Hello there,
This is an excellently positioned room im West Hampstead, only 5 minutes walk from the tube station. It is quite small but lovely and the price is a proper bargain. The landlord is really good and responsive - rare find!
The room is £500 but with the bills it may go up to £600. You will be sharing with 2 others. One of your flatmates is an engineer, very nice guy with a lovely personality, clean and easygoing. The other flatmate work for NHS. Currently both work from home.
I am currently abroad so will be back end of July to pack up my belongings. The room is available as of 1st of August but if you are pressed on time, we can figure out an earlier or later move in date 😊 Realistically the room can be available as early as 1st of July - but you gotta hurry up!
