Modern Double Bedroom in Stunning Location

Hello! We have a double room available in our lovely house in West Hampstead. Our previous housemate is moving in with their girlfriend, so the double room is available now!

LOCATION

Located just a 10 minute walk from the Jubilee line, Thameslink and Overground, we’re very well connected to just about everywhere in London. West Hampstead itself is a lovely and lively area with plenty of bars, bakeries and restaurants, and we’re also walking distance from Hampstead Village (v posh) and Hampstead Heath (dogs!!!) which is great especially in the summer.

THE ROOM

The room is a double with modern furnishings (bed, bedside table & desk with chair included) and an amazing built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. It’s on the ground floor and from the desk you’ll look out onto the garden which is a nice bonus!

THE HOUSE

Our house is a Victorian terrace which means it’s super spacious and we also have a garden with BBQ which we make lots of use of in the summer. We share the kitchen/dining space (our main hangout spot) and an unnecessarily large living room equipped with an unnecessarily large TV. You would only be sharing your bathroom with one other person so no need to be late to work in the mornings!!

HOUSEMATES

You would be sharing the house with 4 other young professionals: Chiara who works in theatre, Jake who works in marketing, Courtney who works in animation and me (Liv) who works for the BBC - as you can tell we’re all very different but get along swimmingly so we’d really love to find someone who wants to involve themselves in the social aspect of the house. We often watch TV together, get takeaways or go down the pub (RIP)!

LANDLORD

We have a private landlord called George, a very friendly Irishman who always deals with any issues we have pretty much straight away. He has several other properties and has been in the business a long time so we’re in good hands!

PRICE

The room is £750 per month including ALL bills, so that’s all you will ever need to pay. The deposit is also £750 which will be returned to you when you move out as long as everything is in the same condition as when you move in! The price also includes our cleaners who come once a week to clean our communal areas.
