I am having to move out of the property for a new job opportunity but I have a great room to rent.

The flat is a well situated clean and tidy property with only one other housemate. It has a shared bathroom, a spacious lounge and kitchen that all comes fully furnished.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It is situated on a residential street on the first floor or a house renovated into 3 flats with lots of natural light.

The house is located in West Hampstead with lots of lovely cafes, pubs and shops just walking distance.

It’s less than 10 minute walk to West Hampstead Overground, Thames link and West Hampstead underground (Jubilee line). Can get into central London in less than 15 minutes.

Parking is on the street with a permit. Bills for gas and electricity are not included but come to about £36 a month.

The existing housemate is really friendly, tidy and easy to share with! We have a contract until September 2025, with an option to extend at that point.

Deposit £1211 (we split the first rent payment 50/50 which is why the deposit is slightly higher than the monthly rent value).
