Double Room in a Brand-New Two Level Duplex

Yes agreed ‘duplex’ sounds pretentious but that’s what they call it!!

Ok everyone, we have a fully furnished double bedroom in a 2 bed new build flat available (well why else would we be here). There is a shared open plan kitchen and living room (all very tastefully furnished, if I say so myself). The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a small balcony and terrace area. We also have super-duper lightspeed broadband, underfloor heating (with individual room controls) and a washing machine. Oh and although there is alas no en-suite, there is a large second w/c should you need extra time for personal contemplation.

We are a couple who enjoy bing watching Netflix, drinking a nice glass of wine (or two) (ok maybe three), cooking, travelling, art, theatre, etc, etc (all the typical cliché things you’d expect from a gay couple). We both work in Central London Monday-Friday.
We are ideally looking for a flatmate who is friendly, has a good sense of humour, sociable and of course tidy.

The flat will come with access to a roof garden, a communal gym, secure bike storage area, concierge service and is adjacent to the Welsh Harp reservoir and water-sport amenities.

So Hendon isn’t the hedonistic wilds of Soho, nor the cultural delights of Hampstead but it will provide delightful respite and contemplative serenity at a more affordable location. More importantly Hendon train station (thameslink) is 5 mins walk and Hendon Central (Northern Line Zone 3/4) is 15 mins walk or a frequent 83 bus also goes to the station.

The flat is also close to Brent Cross Shopping Center and Staples Corner retail park. There is a Sainsbury's superstore and co-op in walking distance.
