I currently live here by myself but am moving away, I plan to keep the other room but won't be staying in the property for many days per month. Most probably a few weekends here and there, so you will have the flat to yourself for the majority of the time.
The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, shelving unit and bedside table. There is a small garden at the front of the flat and garage for storage. Parking is available on a permit basis.
The rent is £925 for rent and all utilities, internet and council tax. Private landlord so no agency fees needed.
The flat is close to West Kensington, Barons Court and West Brompton tube stations and close to many restaurants, shops, gyms and parks. Fulham Broadway is a ten minute walk away. Excellent transport links on the District and Piccadilly lines.
