Hi everybody, unfortunately I'm moving out of my beautiful room and I need someone to replace me as of beginning of November (date flexible).
The room is a beautiful fully furnished ensuite with a large window, high ceilings and plenty of storage space.
The flat is in the ground floor, has a large window, separate kitchen, bathroom, and a small utility room with wash and dryer. It's located a short walk away from West Kensington and Barons Court, giving you easy access to both District and Piccadilly line.
Bills come to about £100/month including gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax and TV license.
You will be sharing the flat with my current flatmate who is a 27 years-old female professional that is super tidy and enjoys cooking. We are looking for another young female professional that will enjoy sharing a home and hanging out together from time to time.
