The property is tucked away in a quiet and very well maintained private, gated estate. The estate is located five minutes from Hammersmith station (District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City lines), Barons Courts (District and Piccadilly lines) and Kensington Olympia (Overground). There are also numerous buses that head straight into central London (27, 10, 9 etc) from a bus stop right outside the estate. On average it takes less than 15 minutes to get into central by either bus or tube.

A large portion of the estate is open green space with trees and flower beds dotted around. The room backs onto one of open green areas, so it's easy to forget you're in a busy, central location.

The room is perfect for anyone who needs a peaceful and quiet environment to return to during the working week.

The room is furnished with a single bed (with a real mattress), a decent sized wardrobe, large chest of draws, a 32 inch TV linked to an outside aerial and access to high speed internet. There is also a lock on the bedroom door.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dish washer. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a shower and toilet located on the third floor. I also have a cleaner who comes every week to clean the room (along with the entire house).

The room is available to use from Monday until Friday morning and I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

I'm a child health researcher and live with my lovely girlfriend, Emma, who is legal PA, and our little puppy, Coco. We're generally quite busy during the week so you wouldn't see very much of us. But we are both extremely friendly and approachable and are always on hand to help for whatever reason!

The room is £450 a month including bills and bed linen and towels are provided.
