Double room available from 1st of July

Hello there!

I’m looking for a flatmate from the 1st of July in newly refurbished two-bedroom flat in the heart of West Kensington.

The flat is split in two floors with kitchen, large living room and small balcony downstairs and two double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.

The available room has a double bed, two large chest of drawers, standing mirror and lamp, built in wardrobe, large window.

I’m 36 and work in private hospital as a medical secretary, my weekdays are filled with work (WFH three days a week at the moment), gym and cooking at home followed by Netflix, on weekends I’m either out and about or chilling at home.

Ideally I’m looking for a female flatmate 30+, professional with similar interests and lifestyle, respectful, uncomplicated and who respects each other’s space.

I’m looking for someone who is very tidy as it’s one of the things that is very important for me, someone who would enjoy living in a quiet, relaxed home.

The rent for the double room is £800 plus gas and electricity so in total it would be around £900, not sure about exact amount of the bills as the prices have gone up recently, 12-month minimum contract.

I don’t currently live in the flat but have lived there with a friend year ago and moving back on 1st of July hence looking for a flatmate, the viewings can be done on most of the weekday evenings after 5pm, but I will need to confirm it with the currant tenant beforehand.

The landlord is great which is super rare in London and please note that he requires rent to be paid in cash, he will provide a proof of payment, I have done it in the past and had no issues with it.
