Double Room with En-suite Bathroom (W14)

Hello, there!
I am looking for a professional (females preferred) to move in the en-suite double bedroom in this lovely garden flat - I am the tenant of the other bedroom.

The room looks exactly as in photos; pictures of the living room aren't the most up to date, but all the furniture is described below, and I'm open to any questions.

About the house:
- 3 minutes from West Kensington (District), 7 from Barons Court (Piccadilly, District), 11 from Kensington Olympia (Overground, District);

- Garden flat with a backyard patio;

- Residential area, plenty of amenities around (cafes, pubs, farmers' market).
There are Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose and The Cooperative supermarkets 5 minutes away, as well as a big Tesco about 12 minutes away.

- Washing machine and dryer, plus a separate dryer;
- Electric stove and oven;
- Microwave;
- Storage room;
- Wooden floors throughout the living room; tile floors in both bathrooms and kitchen; carpeted bedrooms and hallway.
- The room comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe: new and in perfect condition. There is space for a desk in the room, if you WFH (my former flatmate had her own).

~ Female professional preferred. No couples or students, sorry!
- No pets allowed by contract.
~ Room price: £700pcm.
~ Bills amounts to about £100pcm on top of the rent, depending on the month and usage (winter months, due to the heating being on more, can vary a bit, but then the summer months would be cheaper).
