Double Room in Friendly Mansion Flat

Our Building

I am sadly leaving this wonderful flat to move back home to Australia.

The flat consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared living room, kitchen with dishwasher, a European laundry with washing machine and a lovely balcony for summer.

The bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a bedside table.

The cost of the room is £600 per month plus £75 for bills (electricity, gas, water, internet), plus an extra £20 every two months when it's your turn to pay for the cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas. You will also be required £600 deposit upon moving in.

In the flat are 3 lovely ladies, two from the UK and one from Spain who are all very friendly and happy to chat or let you do your own thing and we would like someone who reflects this.

We are looking for a professional who is able to supply references as these will be required by our landlord.
