• 10 mins to Kensington Olympia (District line and Overground)
• 24 hours night tube on Piccadilly line on Fridays and Saturdays

2. Both central and quiet neighbourhood!
• The area is beautiful. You will love walking around Kensington houses, some of which were home to famous national & international figures such as Gandhi, Freddie Mercury, T. S. Elliot
• You'll be amazed by how conveniently located & central and how quiet & peaceful this area is, at the same time. It’s perfect for a good night’s sleep! The area is really safe and full of greens. There is a nice park just outside the flat if our private garden does not do the job for you.

3. Plenty of options for shopping, groceries and eating out:
• A Tesco Superstore, Sainsbury's, Co-op, Waitrose, Whole Foods are within walking distance, not to mention several convenience stores around. Also a French butcher’s and an organic food shop close by
