We are looking for a flatmate to rent a beautiful and large double room in Queens Park / Kensal Rise.

Room: The double room is really huge, with a big window and fully furnished. There is a chair, drawers, and a massive wardrobe.

House: The flat is composed by 2 double rooms and 1 single room. We are sharing a large living room and the kitchen. There is also a nice bathroom in common.

Location and transports: The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian house. The location is just amazing, 5 minutes walk from Queens Park Station (Bakerloo Line and Overground) as well as 8 minutes walk to Kensal Rise Station (Overground). There are 24h buses stopping in front of the building (lines 316, 187, 6, 36).

Very close to the house you can find parks, shops, gyms, cafes, huge supermarkets, pubs and every kind of amenities.

Current flatmates: We are two young professionals and we both carry quite a standard life, which includes sports, traveling and plenty of other hobbies :) At the moment there is a lovely vibe in the house, as well as the spaces and the privacy are enough for everyone.

Price: Weekly rent is equal to £120 (£140 for couples)

Bills: All included!

Deposit: £300.

Availability: Immediately

Other: We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot accept them in the house.
