Big double room

hi! I'm pleased to be offering a furnished spacy double bedroom with en-suite in a quiet, clean and friendly maisonette shared with 3 other professional girls.
the room is separate, at the top floor with its own bathroom (loo only, shower/bath is shared) and plenty of storage space. please note this is for professional females only. no students, sorry.

location:
it's conveniently located not even 5 minutes away from the queen's park station and an M&S, with convenience stores all around. sainsbury's and co-op are a 15 minute walk, while Kilburn High Road with plenty of stores is also 15 minutes away in the opposite direction.

roommates:
Alessandra, Raluca and Cristina will be your roommates; they're looking for someone easy going and clean who's up to a chat every now and again.

bills:
rent is 520 a month on the 23rd, bills run around 50/60 a month (gas & electricity, water, council tax and internet), though it might be higher in winter as in most places. you'd be responsible for paying the council tax each month, all bills are then added together and split four ways towards the rent due date.
deposit is roughly 381.

room furniture:
double bed, set of drawers (not pictured, tucked away in storage but available), seat and the small table are all staying in the room, there's also a clothing rack in one of the storages. if you don't want the seat it can be removed, there's also a drying rack in the storage an iron and an ironing board!

the kitchen has both a washing machine and a dryer, a dining table and a sofa. there's a weekly cleaning rota as well.

the household is managed by an agency that's responsive, not a private landlord. they will need an ID, proof of income and references.
