Double Room in a Beautiful Home

The room

Dear room hunters,

(The room)
This is a good size double room. The room has attractive shape and comes fully furnished as seen in pictures. .
However, despite it being a double room, room sharing is not allowed in this home. Our apologies for all interested couples.

(The house)
The house has lots of character and it's been renovated keeping the original Victorian features (oil paintings, chandeliers, vintage furniture and so on). The house has lots of space and, as you can see in the pictures, the lounge and the garden are fairly big size ones.

(The People)
We are searching for someone with good vibes and a good common sense. This house feels very peaceful and tidy so we're searching for someone who prefers a peaceful house over a party house and who would be a great addition to our home. We don't have dramas or arguments, there's always warm and friendly atmosphere in here and one of the best things of this house are its people. We have occasional dinners or board game nights to catch up and share stories. Age of current housemates is twenties-thirties. Professions: Actor, proffessor, writer, waitress.

(The area)
The house is in a nice and safe area - West Norwood, SE27 (zone 3). Streatham city centre is 15min. walk from our house and West Norwood city centre is 5 min walk. Singer Adele is originally from West Norwood about which she wrote a song 'Hometown Glory'.
Friendly neighbours, several parks, lots of greenery and West Norwood Feast every first Sunday of the month. Food shopping is incredibly convenient, 5 min. from the house is an intersection where Sainsbury's, Co-operative, Iceland and Tesco Express are all in one place. A bit further in Streatham there is Lidl and 24 hours 2 stories Tesco.  

(The transport)
The house is situated in the way that there are 2 train stations in a walking distance - West Norwood and Tulse Hill (opposite directions). The closest tube station is Brixton which is accessible with 12 min. bus journey. Buses go directly to Central areas such as Oxford Street, Victoria, Elephant & Castle, Holborn, Euston, Waterloo and Hyde Park plus all of those locations are done by night buses too, straight to West Norwood without any changes. 

(The all other)
It is not an agency managed house. Our home is clean, tidy and pest free with fastest Wi-Fi available (250mbs), fully furnished and has all necessary appliances. This street has free parking and a friendly, quiet community.
