Double Room in West Norwood

I am pleased to offer lovely double room in a privately-owned 2-bedroom flat in West Norwood. The furnished room is a great size, with large built-in mirrored wardrobes. The flat boasts a bright living room (with beautiful sunsets), both a shower and a bath, a separate toilet, a balcony (plus communal gardens) and a good-sized kitchen.

You will be living with the owner Gabriel, a friendly and welcoming 25 year old professional working in publishing. The flat is an under 10 minute walk to West Norwood rail station (links to Victoria, London Bridge, and Crystal Palace Overground). There are also numerous buses to Brixton and central London from the nearby bus station.

The flat is right next to Norwood Park, with brilliant views of the city. Crystal Palace is just beyond the park and makes a great walk. West Norwood is home to a fantastic food festival, a new cinema, shops, and great pubs and restaurants.

I'm happy to consider a range of potential flatmates, do get in touch! I love cooking and chatting, but I keep pretty regular hours and respect privacy.
