Double room in renovated flat in West Norwood

We are looking for a flatmate to join our spacious and immaculate 3 bed flat in West Norwood, really close to Tulse HIll Station and Brixton.

You will be sharing with 2 friendly, respectful and tidy housemates (both female). We are professionals, aged 27 and 32. We pursue our own interests but go for the odd drink together at the local pub too (in normal times!). One of us is only here Mon-Fri and lives outside London at weekends. (The advert was posted by Harry because he's moving out and his room is available - so there is no live-in landlord).

The lovely bright double room is fully furnished, has central gas heating and shares a bathroom (we have also just redecorated it). The flat has recently been refurbished throughout to a high standard and has a fully equipped (huge) kitchen (including dishwasher), washing machine, and plenty of space. There is a large and very comfortable sitting room and we also have a lovely sunny balcony for eating outside in the summer. There is a secure bike store area /patio at the back of the building too.

The property is a very close walk to both Tulse Hill (5 mins) and West Norwood (8 mins) stations, in a quiet residential street just off the buzzing Norwood High St, with every amenity you could need. Train access to the city (London Bridge) takes 18 minutes (direct every few mins) and there are 24 hour buses just at the end of the street - 12 mins to Brixton and the Victoria Line. We are also less than 10 mins walk from the fantastic Brockwell Park which also has a lido. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants within minutes of the flat.

The rent is £675 per month (excluding bills). (Bills include broadband)
