Beautiful loft conversion with a juliet balcony on one side and a skylight on the other side, getting both sunrise and sunset light in the room - the ideal aspect for any living space.

This has been my room for 4 years now and sadly my time is up as I'm moving on with my partner into our own place. I'll be lucky to find another room :)

The room boasts extra storage in the attic (accessed from inside the bedroom) and also storage landing space outside the bedroom, private from the rest of the flat. The en-suite is modern and bright, with a nice enclosed shower. The water strength is very powerful too.

Timings:
The room will be available from March 11th but this can be flexible to some extent. It depends a little on my move date into my new home which hasn't been confirmed yet!

Viewings:
Viewings this week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening, anytime after 6:30pm.

Location:

West Norwood (Landsdown road) -SE27. Ideal zone 3 location in a QUIET residential road but mins away from local amenities. The picturehouse cinema has recently opened, making a really cool hangout just a few mins walk away. There is already a Tesco, Sainsbury, Coop, Iceland and I believe there is also a Lidl opening soon!!

Transport :

5mins walk to OVERGROUND train station (West Norwood). Trains to london Victoria/ London bridge/croydon/ clapham junction/ Dulwich and Gatwick Airport.

10mins bus ride to Brixton and to Balham for tube connections.

Night bus (N2) bus routed to Marylebone and to Croydon. Walking distance to Tulse Hill station (for connections to Blackfriars, Luton airport, Bedford and Farringdon).
