I have a double room with private lounge, kitchen, conservatory and garden available in West Norwood SE27 for short term let up to 6 months with flexibility.

The place comes fully furnished with rooms located on the ground floor, and the shared toilet and bathroom is on the first floor and shared with flatmates who are a very friendly couple and enjoy a board game evening if you're interested! They've lived here for four years and I originally shared with them and lived downstairs, but I've just recently moved out and in with my boyfriend.

The bedroom and lounge are one room separated by a divider, with plenty of storage space in the bedroom and a wood burning stove and FreeSat tv in the lounge.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basics, and there's also a conservatory off the kitchen which includes your own two-in-one washer/tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and backs onto a park, so there are beautiful views and walking opportunities.

West Norwood has a lovely community feel with great cafes, a Better Gym leisure centre with pool, brand new Picturehouse cinema and library, and a popular market on the first Sunday of the month. It's also a short walk to Crystal Palace which has more great places to eat, a market and an Everyman cinema.

Transport-wise it's a 10min walk to West Norwood Station zone 3 which is 20mins to Victoria or London Bridge, and the 432 bus is available which is 10 mins to Crystal Palace and 30 mins to Brixton.

The room is available from Sunday 23rd February.

Rent is £850 a month plus £150 which covers all bills including utilities, wifi, and a fortnightly cleaner.
