We are looking for a responsible, fun, outgoing and clean housemate!
We have one double bedroom in a 4-bedroom house available in mid December to let in West Norwood (SE27 0ND).
Availability of the room is NON NEGOTIABLE as we are due to renew our contract in December and is signed as a whole property. The 4 tenants are equally responsible for the rent of the whole house.
Property is managed by Galloways. References and checks will be needed and is up to them if the prospective tenant can rent the room or not.
The property has 5 bedrooms, 1 being used as a utility room (dry out clothes, iron clothes and stuff), 2 toilets (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 1 bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, living/reception room, spacious garden, a greenhouse (needs cleaning) and a garage where we park our bikes and all the unnecessary items. You can smoke but not inside the house.
You will be living with 2 Filipinos 🇵🇭 (both nurses - non smoker) and 1 Polish 🇵🇱 who works in a baking shop (smoker).
The property is furnished, room available is UNFURNISHED there is just one closet.
Bills:
- Monthly utility bills are excluded from the rent. Gas/electricity is billed monthly. Water is billed every 6 months.
- WiFi is included in electricity bill.
- council tax ~£60/each (BAND F)
