I’m taking a short break to study and will be back by October and I’m looking for someone that ideally, could take over the room during this time.
The two Flatmates living in the flat are really amazing people and I’m definitely hoping to find them both here when I return! They are great companies but also busy people, giving you as much privacy as you need. Both professionals, enjoy cooking and exercising - not a party house!
No couples, sorry! No pets 😭
Flat is extremely well located, just a step away from the local shops, supermarkets (5 in the surrounding areas), pubs and plenty of restaurants too.
West Norwood station is just outside of the door, Tulse hill station 10min by walk, and easy access to Brixton station, 15min by bus.
The flat is very privileged, plenty of space and sunlight. You can watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony!
In the kitchen, you will find pretty much all you need, the flat and the room are fully furnished.
The room has plenty of storage and all the furniture you can see in the picture will stay - TV is optional, I can leave it or take it.
