Well, to business. There is plenty of competition out there in this category. Many people have the standards offering - 4 walls, floors, a roof, furniture - this offer has those so you know you won't go cold.

Any house in the area will have excellent local amenities - you have plenty of supermarkets, local butchers, a prize winning fishmongers, an organic store and regular farmer's markets at weekends. A recent addition is the Papa Johns. So healthy or otherwise you know you won't go hungry.

If you enjoy the above food a little too much the area is great for sport. Brockwell park is down the road for swimming, tennis or just standard running through the park on summer mornings. Herne Hill Velodrome is a 5 minute ride away.

This place is close to numerous stations. West Norwood is 5 minutes away but let's not forget Tulse Hill and West Dulwich. All three giving excellent access to Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, Croydon.

But what makes this place stand out? The rooms are of a decent size, probably bigger than other rooms you'll come across. This may be standard landlord spiel but if you come and have a look you will be pleasantly surprised. If you find a place with bigger rooms, take it.

On the room front I've just finished a raft of work on the place so, if you move fast enough, there's a pretty good chance you can get involved with ordering the furniture for the place. No promises but worth mentioning.

wc and much more all located in a very friendly street.

The place has standard furniture - bed, wardrobes, sofa, etc etc. However if you have your own furniture that's no problem. Ideally looking for a someone who is laid back, relaxed and considerate to others - the main aim is to have a happy household. As long as the house is happy, I'm happy.
