Hello, thank you for visiting my Spare Room!

My name is David, I’m 45 years old and work for a global education charity in central London.

I’m also a sociable tidy sporty and fun person and hope for the same from a prospective tenant or rather, flatmate.

The flat itself is modern and recently renovated during lockdowns. New additions include a Peloton bike and a boxing bag, yes the novelty has worn off!

The spare room for rent is large and comes fully furnished. If you work from home there is enough space for a desk also.

It’s a quiet flat but very close to the shops, a couple of minutes walk.

The local area, West Norwood is safe and very friendly. Good train and bus links supermarkets and pubs. There is also a Picturehouse Cinema and library as well as some nice pubs. All bills included in a competitive monthly rent.
