A lovely 2 bed flat on the top floor in Regent Court. Looking for a new flat mate to share with myself, Zoe (35), a live in landlord.
The flat is at Crown Point which has excellent transport links towards Tulse Hill/Brixton, Streatham and Crystal Palace. The closest train station is West Norwood, a 10/15 min walk or Tulse Hill a 10/15min bus journey. Both have direct trains into central London. Off street gated parking is available as well.
The room is a nice size, it is furnished with a double bed, bed side table, chest of draws and wardrobe. A desk can be provided if required. There are all the usual things, washing machine, dishwasher, broadband, Netflix etc. Bill are about £100/each currently.
I am Zoe, a live in landlord who’s a relaxed, sociable, tidy person. I am looking for someone similar who would be happy to share drinks/dinner/movie from time to time. I work full time, with fairly work normal hours. Currently I work 1 day a week at home and 4 in the office. As a note, the room is available to move into from 3rd January
