Tiny single room in lovely bookish garden flat

Sunny, single room with lovely view of garden and beyond in spacious, well appointed maisonette on quiet road that is good for parking. Some indoor space for bicycle too.
Room is tiny, I'm afraid with a single bed and just enough room for built in wardrobe and shelves. A small folding desk would work but please do use of the living room etc.
Transport links are excellent with West Dulwich and West Norwood stations getting you into London Victoria and, less frequently, London Bridge in 20 minutes. 10 min walk one way into West Norwood high street, good for supermarkets, takeaways and pound shops, 10 min the other other way takes you in to the classy boutique loveliness of West Dulwich. Excellent Italian deli and parks all very local, as are the wonderful and wild North woods. Really nice, comfortable set up that would suit quiet, bookish, musical, artistic type that wants to be part of whole flat but also respects privacy.
Best suits Mon to Fri lodger but would consider full time if person doesn't have much stuff. For that I would charge £110 per week. Likewise if you only used it 2-3 nights per week I would be willing to charge less than £80 per week.
I'm a professional, tidy, into films, music, cooking and going out. There was a cat and might be again. Your pet is potentially welcome.
