I'm a live-in professional landlady looking for a quiet non smoking professional female to rent a beautiful double room within a Victorian house with a beautiful garden..

I have a room on the ground floor as I am disabled and I have carers who come in and out each day. I'm very laid back and I want my lodgers to be comfortable and feel at home here! My son and his wife also live in the house, they’re both quiet professionals.

The room is freshly decorated and includes a double bed, double wardrobe, and TV. The room overlooks a beautifully kept back garden. This is a lovely room in a quiet household.

Lodgers are free to use the back garden along with the BBQ and table/chairs outside, or you can do what my current/previous lodgers have done and take a comfy blanket outside to lounge on!

The tenant will have virtual sole use of the bathroom, shower and toilet plus virtual sole use of a small kitchen which holds the washing machine.

This is a quiet house and would suit a quiet private individual.

The house is 7 minutes walk to West Norwood Station (zone 3) with regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge, approx 17 minutes either way. There is also a good bus service to Brixton, central London, Croydon and to Kings College hospital and Euston.

There are also several places to eat within walking distance as well as a leisure centre with pool and gym There is also a local Sainsburys and Tesco again within walking distance.
